About Aleah

Sharp on the outside.
Trained to see
what’s underneath.

I’m a certified executive coach and organizational psychologist. I spent a decade in tech and consulting before building AWT Coaching — which means I know the rooms my clients are in, and I’m trained to see what they can’t.

My story

I spent more than a decade working in tech and consulting — in People Operations, organizational design, and as an internal consultant embedded in leadership teams. I was good at it. I was also burning out, and slowly losing the thread of what I actually wanted.

Becoming a mother accelerated the questions I’d been deferring. What matters to me now? What do I want my work to look like? What’s been getting in the way — and why couldn’t I see it clearly from the inside?

“I made the transition my clients are trying to make. That’s not biography — it’s proof that the work goes somewhere real.”

I fast-tracked through the Co-Active Training Institute’s full program and completed my certification in 2024. AWT Coaching is built around the gap I kept seeing: high-achieving professionals who are stuck in ways they can’t diagnose from the inside — and who need someone with both the language and the training to help them see it.

My organizational psychology background is what makes this different from most coaching. I’m not just asking powerful questions — I’m trained to spot patterns, read systems, and surface what’s operating below the level of the presenting problem. That’s where the real work happens.

How I show up

Three words my clients use.

Direct.

I won’t tell you what you want to hear. I’ll tell you what I actually see — with care, and without softening it into uselessness. You’ve probably had enough of people agreeing with you.

Rigorous.

I bring my org psych training to every session. We’re not just talking — we’re working. You’ll leave with more clarity than you came in with, every time.

Supportive.

This is also a relationship. I hold your goals seriously, I remember what matters to you, and I’m genuinely invested in where you end up. You’re not a client — you’re a person I’m working alongside.
